I am a Marie Curie postdoctoral fellow in the Quantitatative Physiology of the Cell lab (Matthieu Piel) at Institut Pierre-Gilles de Gennes/Institut Curie.

I am currently researching the interplay between microplastics and immune cells. Whether

My dissertation work in the Beach lab (Loyola Univerisity Chicago) investigated non-muscle myosin 2 (NM2) filament assembly and amplification dynamics. I used confocal and super-resolution microscopy to quantify myosin filament appearance and growth to determine what factors precede or predict where myosin filaments will build and amplify in cells in order to produce cell-scale forces.
